What if a standard LIFTKET electric chain hoist is not the solution?

In case a modular series product does not meet your requirements, we still have the perfect solution. Together with our customers, we design, construct, manufacture and assemble every conceivable tailor-made solution, and all of this in our factory near Leipzig, Germany.
But what is the process of such a project development?
“Usually, our partners come to us – the sales department – with a clear idea for their project. Internally, we then check all the collected facts and determine the technical feasibility. Depending on the complexity, exchanges with the project developers and our engineers may be necessary for fine-tuning – in exceptional cases also as an on-site appointment. As the project progresses, we can provide 3D data of the product in all common formats. This is often a great advantage for our partners. The final quotation and delivery date determination up to the completion and finally the delivery finish the project at our premises. Finally, however, it is important to mention that we always develop and deliver special solutions only if we can also ensure the warranty of the product.”

In addition to the most extraordinary custom-made constructions, it is also possible for us to provide a certain degree of individuality with a small detail. As we have an in-house paint shop, we can paint our electric chain hoists in almost any RAL colour in the world (with minor exceptions). This makes it possible for our customers to have the electric chain hoist they have ordered painted in the colour of their choice, for example, based on the conditions at the place of use or because of the corporate design.
